Perhaps the most remarkable thing about the Braceforce Group is that they are a private family owned company. Not just an anonymous giant building company without a human identity. These are people with names and faces, and perhaps most importantly, they are constantly the same people you deal with throughout a project.

We feel we have been extremely fortunate to not only find a company that can build to such a degree of quality but who also make an enormous personal effort, on a continual basis to make you as an investor feel important, special and included in the whole process, from design to completion. Nowhere else will you find architects and builders who make you feel like the properties have been designed with you in mind. You are not just buying into someone else’s dream, your buying a part of the dream yourself and that has to be a unique attribute the Braceforce Group has over just about every other building company we know of.

That degree of communication, and I also have to stress that these guys have made themselves available for us pretty much all week round, from early hours until late (we are beginning to think they must be cloned), has convinced us to relocate the majority of our portfolio of future purchases to the Ipswich area and concentrate on investing in Braceforce's vision for the harbour front and other parts of the surrounding countryside. We want to be part of that.

The answer is that it's all about enthusiasm, skill, craftsmanship and patience. The Braceforce family has this in abundance. The finish in the apartments is absolutely first class and a great deal of time and energy has been put into locating top quality building materials throughout the design.
