Nominated for the Suffolk Association of Architects Design Award in 2005, this development of 12 apartments in the historic Wet Dock area was specially commissioned by the FlagShip Housing Association.

On the 8th November 2006 the Ipswich Society bestowed the honour of 'High Commendation' on Minerva Court as one of the most notable new buildings erected in the town for the year.
