"The East Anglian Daily Times has for years supported the increasingly exciting developments at the Waterfront in Ipswich. We look forward to watching from our offices as St Peter's Port takes shape!"
Terry Hunt, Editor, EADT.

st. peter's port

a new heartbeat for ipswich

St. Peter's Port touches the heart and soul of Suffolk's County Town. This development of three hotels, multiplex cinema, restaurants, wine bars, below ground parking for 350 cars and one of the UK's largest retailers is unparalleled in East Anglia. Wrapped in curved glass and linked by a network of weatherproof glazed walkways, St. Peter's Port will be the peoples' bridge between the bustling centre of Ipswich and its regenerated waterfront.

St Peter's Port has already attracted some world-famous brands to Ipswich. Tesco, Britain's largest retailer, has exchanged contracts on a Tesco Express store to be sited on the ground floor of this landmark development. Accor, Europe's largest hotel group, have also committed to a 165 room Etap hotel: this is expected to be the brand's flagship for Europe. Whitbread, Britain's leading leisure operator, have continued the trend by agreeing terms on a 112 room Premier Travel Inn at St Peter's Port. Negotiations are also at an advanced stage with other major catering, leisure and boutique hotel organizations.......so watch this space!
